Việc thiện là những việc lành, quên lợi mình để giúp đỡ kẻ khác và giúp đỡ cả loài vật.

Hằng ngày em gặp nhiều điều mà em có thể làm được như dắt một ông lão qua đường, giúp miếng ăn cho một em bé đang đói, hay cứu một con vật bị nạn, vớt một tổ kiến trôi trên giòng nước v.v...

Ðức Phật là bậc có tình thương bao la như biển cả. Theo lời Phật dạy, chúng ta là Phật Tử nên làm việc thiện để tạo được phước lành.

Practice Doing Good Deed/Charity/GoodWill

Charity is the generous work, Set aside all personal benefits to helping other beings (human and animals).

In daily life, there are many opportunities that you can do to help others, such as guiding the elders across the street, giving foods to the hungers, helping an injured animal, or rescuing ants from water.

Buddha possesses universal love and boundless compassion for all living creatures. As Buddhists, we follow Buddha's teachings to reach out to help others with no reservations (intention) and thoughts of getting the favor in return. Keep in mind that charity works bring merit (good things), not only to the ones we help but also to ourselves.
